Parents and carers are asked to email all requests for/provision of:
Specialist questionnaires
Letters of observation
NDIS therapy access at school
Diagnostic or medical documentation

Please be advised that there is a turnaround time of 2 to 4 term weeks for all requests that require teacher completion of student questionnaires or observational reports for specialists or paediatricians. This ensures our team can provide thorough, considered responses while maintaining classroom teaching responsibilities.
